Purchase and payment conditions at Crateit.dk

We reserve the right to out-of-stock items as well as incorrect stock balance and errors in images and texts.
When we have received your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and information about orders - we will then send a tracking number on your package as soon as possible.
If some of the items you ordered are not in stock, they will be removed from your order and we will refund the money as soon as possible. The rest of us do not note missing products for later delivery.
The color shades that are reproduced may differ from the actual colors of the products, since colors can vary depending on the lighting and the color reproduction on different screens. Furthermore, some of the pretended images on the website may be reproduced with filter, color changes which may cause a change in the original colors compared to the physical product.
We attach instructions for use to products where relevant or required. The user manual is written in an understandable language (Danish or English) or designed as a visual guide. Always remember to read the user manual carefully before starting a new project.
As a starting point, an incompetent person cannot commit himself in legal transactions or dispose of his assets, cf. §§ 1, subsection of the Guardianship Act.1, 1. point and 1, par. 2. To be able to shop, you must be 18 years of age and have a registered address in Denmark. If you are under the age of 18, you can shop with us with permission from a guardian.
Crateit ApS accepts online payments with; Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Crateit ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
The purchase agreement's rules on errors and defects apply to your product purchases.
According to the Purchase Act, you have the right to complain for 24 months on all goods, which means that you can either get the goods repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
Errors and defects in a product must be advertised within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error or defect. A complaint deadline of 2 months is considered reasonable.
If the complaint concerns a web order, you must contact our customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Never return goods before you have been in contact with us.
If we consider that you have to return the goods, Crateit ApS pays the freight. This can only be concluded after you have contacted us. That can never be assumed.
Pack the goods securely - you bear the responsibility until we have received them. Remember to attach a copy of the delivery note.
We do not accept packages sent to us by cash on delivery.
Right of cancellation
Right of withdrawal: Buy online
When shopping at crateit.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Your cancellation period only starts when you have received the item, e.g. when it has been placed in your mailbox, when it has been placed in a shed or similar according to agreement with you, or when it has been delivered to your workplace. You must pay to send the item back if you regret your purchase.
If you regret your purchase, you must notify us no later than 14 days from the time you received your package.
Send the goods back as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days after we have been notified that you have regretted your purchase. Email: email@example.com
The goods must be properly packed, as you bear the responsibility until we have received them. Remember to attach a copy of the delivery note.
ATTENTION! After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. If the item shows signs of having been used or has been damaged, you must expect to have to pay for the decrease in value.
Goods that are specially made for you, according to your special wishes, or that bear a distinct personal touch. Sealed items where you have broken the seal and the item cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
You cannot regret your purchase by failing to pick up your package. You must clearly notify us that you have regretted your purchase.
We do not accept packages that are sent to us per cash on delivery.
